Justin Richardson founded Clover Capital in April 2018. With Clover Capital’s vast network of bankers, CPAs, and other financial professionals, its purpose is to provide middle-market companies the best options to meet their financial needs.

 

Justin has spent almost 15 years in the financial, banking, and real estate industries. Beginning his career as a Financial Analyst and Underwriter at a small regional bank, he began to learn the fundamentals of finance and how to get difficult deals done within a conservative financial institution. Over time, he continued developing his expertise in the industry by helping clients grow revenues, streamlining operations, and providing financial solutions with term loans, lines of credit, leases, and SBA loans in positions such as Senior Financial Analyst, Relationship Manager, and Vice President of Corporate Banking.  After spending over a decade in the corporate finance industry, Justin became Chief Financial Officer of a multi-million dollar apparel company with operations on a global scale.

 

His passion and dedication are evident in his continued involvement beyond Clover Capital. Justin is currently a professor at Fullerton College, teaching courses in global business environment, marketing, real estate, and entrepreneurship. In addition, he spends his time being involved in community organizations, serving on the Boards of both the Risk Management Association and the Orange County Financial Society.  He is also actively involved as a member of the Leadership Council for University of California, Santa Barbara.
